Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@niksstuff.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or return accordingly.

Return Process

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return: support@niksstuff.com

Upon approval, ship the item to the designated warehouse as instructed (tracking number required).

Please note: all returns must have prior approval.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
